You'll play a key role in the full recruitment cycle-handling sales, customer service, and administration, all while working under the mentorship of an experienced Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Deliver excellent client service while selling recruitment solutions.
Conduct daily sales calls to prospective clients.
Attend client meetings to build and maintain relationships.
Manage recruitment and coordination of drivers.

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication skills.
A full UK driving licence.
A passion for delivering top-quality service to clients and candidates.
Experience in sales or influencing decision-makers is a plus, but not essential.
Basic knowledge of the transport industry is advantageous.
