As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client's market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls, ensuring they are aware of the full range of products
  • Booking appointments for external Business Development Managers
  • Scheduling presentations
  • Following up on new enquiries
  • Managing follow-up actions from Business Development Manager appointments
  • Tracking projects from early stages through to completion
  • Maintaining a clean and up to date CRM database
  • Weekly KPIS to be met

Essential Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales or business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management
