My client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a Permanent basis. The main functions of the role will include- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.- Assisting in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.- Supporting payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data.- Filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records- Sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepanciesAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role- Previous experience in processing payroll- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure- Good organisational and time management skills- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systemsThe hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and the salary is up to £26,000Keywords:Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Bank Reconciliation, purchase ledger
