Excellent career opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking for a new challenge? Due to internal progression, our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Service/Aftersales Manager to join their team and to manage their modern Service workshop and MOT function
The role
As the Service/Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for proactively leading operation of the Service department, in effective and efficient manner, to deliver exceptional service to all our customers.
You will monitor and control the function costs, in line with the overall business plan, and look for opportunities to grow the Service business and other ways to increase revenue streams.
You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the Service team.
Ideal candidate
We are looking for an ambitious individual who can demonstrate a successful track record within the role. You must be able to validate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
You need strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver the business objectives.
