Are you an experienced Community Care Support worker in Worcester?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Community Care Support Worker looking for work, for full-time employment.

The role is to work Mon - Friday days, 0900:-17:00 on a 3 month block booking basis, working within the community for one of our NHS Health services in Worcester. This will be based Central Worcester but this is a countywide role.

The Limited company hourly rates are from 14.50 per hour, with uplifted rates of pay for nights and weekends.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 6- 12 months' experience working as a Support worker within the community or previous community experience.
  • Full clean driving license with business insurance
  • Venepuncture, able to take observations - Blood pressure and pulse experience.

The role is based in the community, which will involve driving from patient to patient, helping and supporting individuals within their own homes. You will be required to asses, develop, implement and evaluate nursing programmes while working within codes of practise and professional guidelines.
