Are you an experienced social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Worcestershire County Council is seeking experienced social workers to join our patch-based assessment teams. Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from initial contact to completion, including S17 and S47 assessments.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:
- Significant experience as a qualified social worker.
