What You’ll Be Doing:As a Social Worker you will provide professional support to individuals and families, assessing their needs and implementing care plans to enhance well-being. You will collaborate with other professionals, offer emotional and practical support, ensure compliance with social work legislation, and advocate for service users. 

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid Social Work England registration. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
