Salary: ÂŁ11.50 per hour

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 1st November 2025

Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

Flexible hours and weekend working is essential as part of this role

Interview date: 6th or 7th November 2024

What it's like to work here

You will be reporting to the Retail Manager and working in a team alongside a Team Leader, two Team members and a number of volunteers.

The retail offer is open throughout the year with a large plant sales offer.

What you'll be doing As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
