Job Role
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our supply chain team and help us maintain smooth and efficient supply chain processes. This role is crucial to our operations, contributing to the effectiveness of production planning, order management, and supplier coordination.
The role is responsible for:

Generate and issue work orders in alignment with production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet demand.

Production Plan Adherence- Monitor and ensure that production activities follow the planned schedule, making real-time adjustments as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, addressing any issues promptly to prevent delays.

Initiate and process sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Generate purchase orders for needed materials and services, adhering to company protocols and vendor agreements.

Communicate regularly with shop-floor teams to gather real-time data, ensuring accurate reflections in the MRP system.
To be considered for the Supply Chain Coordinator role you must have the below skills and experience:

Previous experience in a planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination role is highly desirable.

Proficiency in MRP systems and data entry, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Understanding of supply chain best practices and current industry trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
