Technical Sales Representative | construction | water authorities | excellent training | 30% pension
I’m currently working with a manufacturer of concrete waterproofing and repair solutions who are executing exciting growth plans across the UK. This company are well-established with a 60-year history and £350m turnover.
With excellent training and support from managers who've been with the business for 11+ years, you'll be developing market share across the Midlands with water authorities (existing relationships include Severn Trent and Wessex Water) and drainage contractors.
We’re looking for a motivated salesperson who has strong experience in business development, account management, field sales, and rapport building. A background in the construction or water authority sector is also essential.
Salary: £35k to £45k base salary + £15k OTE + hybrid company vehicle + fuel card.
Location: Hybrid, 4 days per week on the road (Midlands), 1 day per week in the office (West Midlands).
Duration: full time/permanent.
