Redwood Search isworking with a thriving Worcester business to recruit an Internal Sales Executive.

About Us:

This exciting opportunity is working with a leading provider of maintenance services, within the energy sector. Ideally seeking a confident and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and customer service.

Role Overview:

Due to a sustained increase in business, the company is expanding its services by offering maintenance solutions to its established client base who have purchased products. The business has also successfully identified key areas and clients to target for further growth.

We are looking for a self-starter with experience in re-engaging lapsed accounts, managing existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be confident in speaking with people over the phone, capable of preparing and sending quotes, and diligent in following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact existing and lapsed accounts to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes for maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant services.
  • Follow up on quotes to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
