Teaching Assistant

An secondary school located in Bournemouth are actively looking for enthusiastic and capable teaching assistants to join their team for permanent positions starting as soon as possible.

Schools are seeking experienced candidates who have previously worked in an education environment.

£85 a day.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals.
• Assist with academic tasks, ensuring access to the curriculum and facilitating active engagement in learning for all students.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
• Aiding teachers in the running of classes and assisting where required whilst gaining valuable knowledge and experience of education.
• Provide 1 to 1 support or within small groups for pupils where necessary.

Qualifications and skills:

• A keen passion for education and learning.
• Experience in the classroom/ supporting as a TA.
• A DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students.
