Deliver engaging training sessions focused on employability and independent living skills? Support and coordinate job coaching for interns with additional learning needs? Work closely with employers and businesses to ensure a smooth and supportive work placement experience? Regularly communicate with parents and caregivers to track progress and provide updates? Organise and deliver workshops that build confidence, self-esteem, and essential workplace skills? Arrange meaningful work placements that align with students' interests and abilities? Engage with community leaders and organisations to create volunteering and learning opportunities? Ensure safeguarding and inclusion standards are met to create a safe and supportive learning environmentWhat We’re Looking For:We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and dedicated professional with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) training and support. If you have a background in teaching, coaching, or mentoring young people with additional learning needs and a passion for inclusive education, we’d love to hear from you!Essential:

Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
A Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject
Minimum Level 2 Maths and English qualification
Hold or be willing to work towards a PTLLS qualification
