Ribble Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Workington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's education and development.
Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent childcare qualifications.

Experience working with children in any setting.

Right to work in the UK.

Valid Enhanced DBS check to work with children (or willingness to apply for one).

A full and up-to-date CV, including complete employment and education history.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
-
Working with small groups or individual students to provide tailored learning support.

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Supporting children with additional needs as required.

Preparing classroom resources and materials.

Providing feedback to teachers and parents about student progress.
