Tax ManagerLocation: Workington, CumbriaSalary: £40,000 - £47,000 + Bonus
Adecco are thrilled to be recruiting for a Tax Manager on behalf of our well-established client. This role involves overseeing income tax, corporation tax, VAT, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax affairs, ensuring compliance while minimising client tax liabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax advice on compliance and planning.
- Stay up to date with tax legislation and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Manage tax returns, computations, and planning for individuals and businesses.
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Support the Managing Director in achieving business objectives.
- Train and mentor colleagues on tax matters.
- Attend senior management meetings and contribute to business development.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in tax management and planning.
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation.
- A proactive approach with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop staff.
