Are you a production engineer with a design, hands on and manufacturing experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity within a leading manufacturing organisation that can offer first class training and development and excellent progressions routes?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a production engineer to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Workington. The successful applicant will provide technical solutions to the production and engineering teams to ensure that the production site is operating as efficiently as possible. You will be responsible for creating new production processes and designs as well as over seeing new machinery and equipment purchases and installation.

The company are a very successful manufacturer who are at the fore front of their sector that are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced engineering and manufacturing team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development.
