Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: Full site based
Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours per week

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum HNC in construction, engineering or applied science
- Experience of delivering successful projects within the nuclear sector
- Knowledge & experience of working on Civil projects
- Develop the commercial and technical offer to the nuclear sector.
- Be the customer facing representative during project scoping meetings with the clients to produce safe, acceptable solutions within budget and time constraints.
- Provide technical and subject matter expertise and input to our nuclear based activities.
- Manage the supply chain to deliver to an agreed plan without compromising safety or quality.
- Provide line management and coaching to team leaders and members.
- Produce key project deliverables such as project scope documents, schedule and cost estimates, work scope documents, risk assessment and method statements.
- Meet project milestones through planning, monitoring and the timely review of schedules.
- Ensure key performance targets are met, and that projects are delivered safely, on time and snag free
- Provide progress reports and maintain appropriate records for safety, contractual or quality purpose as defined in the project work scope/ deliverables.
- Ensure that all SQEP requirements are maintained for personnel assigned to projects.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, Stakeholder Management Skills
