Key Responsibilities:* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism* Assist with classroom activities and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of each student* Help with the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs)* Support students with daily routines, including personal care if needed* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to track progress and ensure the best outcomes for students* Promote social, emotional, and academic development in a positive, respectful mannerThe Ideal Candidate Will:* Have a genuine passion for working with children, especially those with autism* Be patient, compassionate, and adaptable* Be able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team* Ideally have experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN qualifications)* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
