Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a long-standing construction company who value staff and promote from within? Do you have estimating experience in either the Residential, Commercial or Industrial sectors?

This major construction company is a leading contractor in the Northwest, with a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Their portfolio includes everything from private housing developments to new builds, extensions, and refurbishments. Operating primarily in Cumbria and North Lancashire, their projects range in value from half a million to 20 million. The company is now looking for a skilled Estimator to join their construction division and play a key role in supporting the continued success and growth of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects. You will price tenders, attend meetings with clients, attend occasional site visits and handle cost control and management.

The ideal candidate will have construction Estimating experience and be able to commute to the office near Workington at least once a week. All applicants must have a valid driving licence.
