Are you a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated teacher with experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a Special Education Needs Teacher to join an SEN School in the beautiful region of Cumbria.

Role: Special Education Needs Teacher (Primary)

Location: Cumbria Salary: from £162.31 - £223.63 per day

About the Role:As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support to thrive in their learning journey. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) for children with SEN.* Providing tailored support to children with a variety of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and more.* Working alongside teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies to support students' progress.* Fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.* Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure success.What We Are Looking For:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.* A passion for making learning accessible and engaging for all students.
