Contract Accountant -Worksop 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysSalary: up to £37,000Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a well established, prestigious business based in the Worksop area as they look for a Contract Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Responsibilities of the Contract Accountant will include:
- Produce the management accounts in a timely manner for a number of key contracts
- Ensure relevant balance sheet accounts are well maintained and properly controlled
- Produce accurate and detailed contract P+L’s in standard format
- Produce timely and accurate management reporting to support Managers and Business Partners
- Ensure the necessary contract controls are in place to provide accurate accounting for the contract
Person Specification:
- Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT, ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Ability to work with non-finance operational staff
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed as part of a team and deliver outstanding results.
- Experience in working in contract accounting highly desirable
