A Financial Controller is needed to manage and improve our financial performance and direct our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial/manufacturing financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and be detail-oriented.

Description
- Strong Factory accountant experience with hands on experience in factory / manufacturing accounting
- Product costing , margin analysis
- Overhead and purchase cost analysis and control
- Day to day accounting control of Sales ledge and Purchase ledger
- Preparation of month end reports
- Weekly and monthly MIS reporting
- Cash flow management
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
