Management Accountant

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are thrilled to be partnering with a fantastic business in Worksop as they search for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance of cashbooks and cashflow planning 
• Maintenance of purchase ledger/sales ledger and accounts payable/receivable 
• Month end journal processing
• Accruals and prepayments
• Assist in the production of Management Accounts / MIS reports as required
• Credit Management
• Day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities, data entry, general ledger reconciliations
• Routine accounting task

Person Specification:

• Strong background in accountancy and finance
• Coupled with a flexible attitude
• Readiness to hit the ground running
• Previous experience with month-end management accounts duties
