We are recruiting for a well-established business based in Worksop offering:

The purpose of the role is to ensure that all financial reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner. Working closely with the Financial Controller duties will include:

  • Preparing month-end journals (prepayments and accruals) and other month-end procedures.
  • Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, highlighting any efficiency opportunities available.
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end reporting to stakeholders.
  • Preparing Board Packs.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • The successful candidate will be studying a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
  • Minimum 3 years of finance experience is required.
  • Experience and Understanding of financial reporting is required.
  • Good IT skills are essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
