The purpose of the role is to ensure that all financial reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner. Working closely with the Financial Controller duties will include:
- Preparing month-end journals (prepayments and accruals) and other month-end procedures.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, highlighting any efficiency opportunities available.
- Assisting with monthly and year-end reporting to stakeholders.
- Preparing Board Packs.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- The successful candidate will be studying a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience is required.
- Experience and Understanding of financial reporting is required.
- Good IT skills are essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
