Office Administrator
Force Contracting is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team.
- Assist the Accounts Department with data entry and document management.
- Maintain and update the company’s training matrix.
- Liaise with multiple sites to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Arrange and schedule training for contractors as required.
- Handle office correspondence, record-keeping, and document control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in construction or contracting industries (desirable but not essential).
