Office Administrator

Force Contracting is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team.
  • Assist the Accounts Department with data entry and document management.
  • Maintain and update the company’s training matrix.
  • Liaise with multiple sites to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Arrange and schedule training for contractors as required.
  • Handle office correspondence, record-keeping, and document control.

Requirements:
