Job Title: Machine Operative
Location: Worksop

We are currently seeking a Machine Operative to join our team in our precast factory. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in manufacturing, with in-house training provided. No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the Bar Threading Machine (training provided).
- Handling and lifting bars (up to 32mm), requiring good manual handling skills.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the machine and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Strong manual handling abilities (lifting of bars up to 32mm).
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo training to operate the machine.
- Flexibility to work shifts when required (to cover holidays).
- Good communication and attention to detail.
