Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Joining an established team, this role is a crucial in ensuring our clientscustomers receive an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.
Organising deliveries and collections efficiently.
Updating and maintaining theinternal CRM system.
Handling all customer enquiries with care and attention to detail.
Chasing up quotes and following through to completion.
Liaising with the operations team to ensure seamless service.
Experience required:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
