About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Coordinator to join our well-established and committed team in Lexden, Colchester. In this role, you will be at the heart of a supportive, inclusive team, working alongside our Community Support Leader to manage and guide Support Workers.


Your mission will be to deliver exceptional, complex care to adults with learning disabilities in a community-based supported living setting.


As a Team Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping best practices, creating effective support plans, and ensuring our team meets its objectives. Your leadership will help individuals with learning disabilities achieve their personal goals and live the lives they choose.


What Were Looking For: -Care Team Coordinator Worksop, Nottinghamshire


  • Experience: A strong background in a senior role within the care industry, particularly in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and coordinating teams in a supported living environment.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Care Inspectorate and CQC regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead, supervise, and inspire your team.
