Due to thriving in the current market they have opened a new division and therefore are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team.In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts. You will procure utility packages, oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues.
