Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit an Electrical Engineer to join their facility in Worksop

Salary: £35k - plus benefits & overtime

Shifts: Days - 7am till 3pm Monday to Friday

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance,andinstallation of machines, tools, and equipment, and maintaining the buildings, grounds, and utility systems.

Duties of the Electrical Engineer will include:

  • Responsible for the electrical repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical switchgear, equipment, systems and components
  • Review job orders to determine work priorities
  • Generates accurate reports to ensure smooth running and continuation of activities
  • Responsible maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
  • Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards
  • Assists with Planning, developing, and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimise operating costs, and effect greater utilisation of labour and materials
  • Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations within specific limits
  • Helps with training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures

We are keen to speak with Electrical Engineers with the following skills/experience:

  • Electrical qualification
  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Mathematical Skills
