The role involves the electrical repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, as well as training new workers.
Working hours are structured as days only, on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6am to 6pm.

Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include:

Responsible for the electrical repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical switchgear, equipment, systems and components
Review job orders to determine work priorities
Responsible maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards
Helps with training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures

Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

Electrical qualification
Time served apprenticeship
Previous experience of working in a similar environment
Ability to read and interpret documents
Mathematical Skills
