Role of Warehouse Transport Admin
- Planning and scheduling deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely transport of goods
- Preparing and processing shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading and customs forms
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records
- Processing orders and ensuring timely fulfilment
- Warehouse Management System - maintaining and updating WMS
- Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, tracking and any issues
- General admin duties: scanning, photocopying, data input etc.
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday Rotational AM & PM (6.00-14.00/14.00-22.00)
- Monday-Friday Fixed 08.00 - 16.30
Pay Rates of Warehouse Transport Admin
- Rotational Shifts - from £12.21/hr, with overtime paid at x1.5 rate after 37.5 hours worked
- Paid Weekly
