Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Precast General Operative to join our team. As a Precast General Operative, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of precast concrete products.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and is passionate about construction and manufacturing.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure the quality and timely delivery of precast concrete products. You will be involved in various aspects of the production process, including the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial to produce high-quality products that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Precast concrete production, including the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete.
- Operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Inspecting and repairing precast concrete products for any defects
- Assisting with the installation of precast concrete products on job sites
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Always Following safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in precast concrete production preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
