Are you a talented CAD Technician looking to join a bespoke architecture firm in North Nottinghamshire? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to work on unique and exciting architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, and Inventor.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.
- Ensure all drawings and models comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the design team.
- Maintain and update CAD libraries and project files.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, and Inventor.
- A relevant degree in architecture is advantageous.
- Any CAD background using Inventor will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
