Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing company based in Worksop to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Team Leader.

Salary: up to £50k 

Shift: Days - Flexible working

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 8 engineers, and overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all equipment.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Provide training and support to the maintenance team

We would like to speak with Maintenance Supervisors / Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:

  • Hold a relevant qualification - Electrically biased 
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
