Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing company based in Worksop to recruit an electrically biased Maintenance Team Leader.

Salary: up to £50k

Shift: Days - Flexible working

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of 8 engineers, and overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all equipment.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Provide training and support to the maintenance team

Hold a relevant qualification - Electrically biased
Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or similar role
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
Ability to manage and motivate a team
