GSL Education are seeking a dynamic educator to join a vibrant school in Worksop as a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher. Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly qualified, this role offers the opportunity to teach a variety of languages and inspire the next generation of language learners.

Job Summary: As an MFL Teacher in Worksop, you’ll bring languages to life in the classroom, creating engaging lessons that inspire students to explore new languages and cultures. Your expertise will help students develop valuable language skills for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

As an MFL Teacher, your role will include:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in one or more modern foreign languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to develop their language skills.
  • Preparing and delivering lessons that align with the school curriculum.
  • Promoting cultural understanding through language learning.
  • Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Supporting students both academically and emotionally in their learning journey.

Requirements:

GSL Education looking for a candidate who:

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Holds a strong passion for languages and cultural exchange.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and can engage students effectively.
  • Has the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Currently residing in the UK.
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
