Elevation Recruitment  Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their facility in Worksop

Salary: £36,790 - plus benefits & overtime

Shifts: Days - 7am till 3pm Monday to Friday

Duties of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:

  • Responsible for the mechanical repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment, systems and components
  • Review job orders to determine work priorities
  • Responsible maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of heat, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
  • Inspecting operating machines and equipment 
  • Assists with Planning, developing, and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimise operating costs, and effect greater utilisation of labour and materials
  • Help with training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance

We are keen to speak with Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with the following skills/experience:

  • Mechanical qualification
  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Mathematical Skills
