Title: Digital and Library Lead
Location: Worksop
Pay: £13.50 - £15 per hour including holiday pay
Duration: 37 hours per week until 30th April 2025
Reed - Further Education are seeking a Digital and Library Lead to work in their state of the art digital and learning centre. To note may need to work 1 evening per week (TBC).
What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a Digital and Library Lead?
- Lead and manage the day to day of the learning hub
- Deliver on inductions and information sessions to groups of learners
- Support staff and learners with digital skills
- Support with the new VR suite.
What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of working in education would be ideal
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- Experience interacting with 16–19-year-olds in education or apprentice setting.
- Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
