At Academics we are supporting local primary schools based in and surrounding Worksop, who are searching for a motivated and kind hearted HLTA (Level 4) to support their teams leading lessons and groups of primary aged students on a temporary basis.

If you have recently completed a BA Hons Degree in Education or you hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA Level 4) qualification then this is the role for you.

This type of role requires confidence, knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum, the ability to maintain engagement from pupils and creative methods to keep pupils on course.

This HLTA (Level 4) post is extremely rewarding, when working with Academics you will receive:

What do you need to be a HLTA (Level 4)?

- A BA Hons Degree in Education or a similar field, a Cache or NVQ Level 4 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.

- References from your most recent employer and covering the past 24 months.

- An Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to process one.

- A positive attitude.

- Dedication to education and training.

- Experience supporting children across EYFS to Year 6.

- A passion for leading pupils in their education.

- The ability to commute to local schools across Worksop.
