Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
- Use innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire curiosity and promote critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary-aged students, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of primary curriculum standards and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
