We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete products, supplying to major construction projects across the UK. Our commitment to excellence drives everything we do, and we are now looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team at our Worksop facility.

Role Overview:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You will conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process, identify and report defects, and collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of precast concrete products at various stages of production.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.

- Perform visual, dimensional, and material inspections using appropriate tools.

- Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality control documentation.

- Work collaboratively with production supervisors to address quality concerns.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

- Assist with internal and external audits when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment.

- Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes would be advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.

- Relevant qualifications in quality management or construction are desirable but not essential.
