Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our client's dynamic team in ensuring that their precast concrete products meet the highest industry standards.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of production processes, inspecting materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be expected to work closely with production teams, engineers, and project managers, conducting thorough inspections and implementing quality assurance protocols to identify imperfections or defects in raw and finished goods.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of precast concrete products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Review production processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance product quality.
- Document inspection results and record any deviations from standards in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products, including strength and durability assessments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the inspection process.
- Provide training and support to production staff to promote awareness of quality control procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail for effective inspection and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments and quality control equipment.
