About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll be guiding pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, ensuring each student is supported and engaged during school hours. You'll be working from 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday - a unique schedule designed to offer balanced support for both pupils and staff.

The Ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
- Experience working with primary-aged pupils, especially in an alternative provision or special educational needs setting
- Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Confidence in working with small groups and providing one-to-one support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
