EYFS HLTA - Worksop

Are you an experienced and passionate HLTA looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a small, friendly infant school in Worksop as an EYFS HLTA on a full-time basis.

Position Details:

  • Role: EYFS Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Leading the class independently every Friday.
  • Collaborating with a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) to deliver high-quality education.
  • Ensuring compliance with EYFS staff-to-child ratios.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent) to meet ratio requirements.
  • Experience working in EYFS settings and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
