EYFS HLTA - Worksop
Are you an experienced and passionate HLTA looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a small, friendly infant school in Worksop as an EYFS HLTA on a full-time basis.
Position Details:
- Role: EYFS Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Worksop
- Contract: Full-time, fixed-term
- Start Date: 24th February 2025
- End Date: July 2025
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Leading the class independently every Friday.
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) to deliver high-quality education.
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS staff-to-child ratios.
Requirements:
- Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent) to meet ratio requirements.
- Experience working in EYFS settings and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence and ability to lead a class effectively.
