Milk Education are working in partnership with a primary school in Blyth, who are looking to appoint a Child support worker. This full time role will be working on both a 1:1 and general classroom support basis. 

What we need from you:

  • Qualification relating to the education sector
  • Available full time
  • Previous experience supporting Children in either a school / alternative provision/ social care
  • Understanding of Safeguarding and able to adhere confidently to policies and procedures

Key responsibilities as a Child Support Worker:

  • Work in partnership with the teacher and other support staff
  • Support with learning and development
  • Promote indpendence and implement learning stratergies
  • Support with personal care
