Young Person’s Support Worker Required 

Contract type:       Permanent 

Hours per week:    Full Time

Location:               North Nottingham   

Venn Group are looking for a dedicated support worker to start immediately at a housing charity. If you are passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of society apply now.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Managing a caseload
• Supporting service users age 16-25
• Conducting welfare checks
• Implementing and following support plans
• Helping with risk assessments
• Understanding of Safeguarding Procedures    
• Maintaining a full log of events during shift
• Progress and track referrals made into the service

The successful candidate will have: 

• Enhanced DBS
• Driving Licence
