Deputy Fostering Manager - Good Ofsted

Salary up to £45,000 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a Deputy Fostering Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Yorkshire area. This is a permanent role offering you stability.

Responsibilities:

The Deputy Fostering Manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering manager and will oversee a team of 4 Supervising Social Worker, one Support worker and one Administrator, covering the Nort East Region.

The North East region has 40 children in placement. This is a noncaseholding role.

They offer hybrid working, so you can work from their office 2 days per week (office is in Worksop) and then 3 days work from home.

They have a Good Ofsted and they are on a journey to Outstanding. You will have a focus on Process, quality and compliance, and you will be ensuring the region is Ofsted-ready in terms of their KPI's, and in gathering evidence that supports the good work undertaken by the team, and the positive outcomes for children.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Fostering Deputy Manager or a Senior Practitioner or Senior Supervising Social Worker. You must have a very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations and National Minimum Standards. You will have a Social Work qualification and a driving license also.
