They have a great working culture and a high retention rate.You would be working with the Senior Management team - but don't worry they are Engineers themselves and they pride themselves in delivering quality on time, rather than coming from a non-engineering background and solely focusing on "the numbers". Which all too often as you are most likely aware can happen!
You will be able flex your technical mentoring skills to develop less experienced Engineers as well as having the autonomy to deliver your own project workload.You would be based in their office around the Worksop area with opportunity for hybrid working and site visits in the UK and Europe.
