Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Worksop Salary: £80 - £95 per day Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Worksop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments, specifically in pre-formal or semi-formal settings. Responsibilities:Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons tailored to the unique needs of SEN students in pre-formal or semi-formal classes. Assist in assessing and monitoring student progress, providing support and feedback as directed by the teacher. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to facilitate the best possible outcomes for students. Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment at all times. Requirements:Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent). Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in pre-formal and semi-formal settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
