WwThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with a focus on adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

As a Coded Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, selecting appropriate materials and welding techniques, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be working within a Precast facility.

In addition to excellent welding skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ongoing training and development. You will be working in a collaborative environment where communication and teamwork are vital to success. Responsibilities
